After the tragic events in Newtown, Connecticut, the thoughts and prayers of the Christian Brothers Academy family are with the Sandy Hook Elementary School community. As parents and educators, the events are deeply personal and remind us that our first priority is the safety of our children and those entrusted to our care.
Over the weekend, we initiated the process of examining our safety systems and protocols. The tragic and senseless events in Connecticut necessitate diligence in our efforts to ensure the safety of our children, students and staff. If you have any questions or concerns about the information above, please do not hesitate to contact me at 452-9809, ext. 102.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this most difficult time.
Sincerely,

James Schlegel
Head of School
